Day 1!

Still recovering from my elbow/hamstring [which is feeling much better] so decided to take day off from everything--lifting, cardio, yoga, all of it. Spent a lot of time with the foam roller.

Amazed at how full I felt all day! Had no interest in the 4th meal of the day--probably b/c I wasn't working out.
