Day 2

Back to the gym. Took it really slow and really light b/c of elbow hammy situation but both felt great.

Routine A: Legs [sorry for the time stamp, the gym buddy app puts it there, large gaps in time between sets means I was yapping with someone.

Rode the indoor bike for 40 minutes which really feels like I'm doing nothing, can't wait to get back out on the road!!!
