Tuesday Day 36

Back in the weight room. Had to modify exercises b/c I only have dumbells to work with. Knee feels ok on the bike. Rode to South Beach [love it there] and back so it was probably around 25-30 miles for the day. Feeling better but knee just feels sore. Had a massage which helped the ITB a ton, now I'm thinking it's a combo between ITB and Runner's knee. Either way, hope it will be better soon, miss running. Made an appt. with the Orthopedist for next Tuesday if it doesn't feel better--at least I will know what kinds of stretches etc to do. Will take the week off of leg weights until I'm sure.
